As a Disability Support Worker, you will play an important role in supporting and empowering people with disability to live in and access the community independently and to achieve their individual goals.
In this role you will support a female in her own home with personal care (showering, grooming and self-care) as well as assisting with cooking, cleaning and laundry.
This role is in Koorda, a town in the north eastern Wheatbelt Region (240km east of Perth). Shift times are 9:00-11:00 or 10:00-12:00 Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
