Our core business in Cairns is supporting clients who have complex behaviours to live as independently as possible with others or on their own in a proactive environment.
We are seeking a values driven, positive and highly experienced Disability support Coordinator to lead and manage Disability residential support services (SIL arrangements) across Cairns. This is a permanent full-time position and will be based in our Manunda office.
The successful incumbent for this position will have strong content knowledge of NDIS, embracing the principles of customer choice and control and be able to supervise and lead teams to provide quality care and realise exceptional outcomes for people with a complex disability. They will be driven and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks unsupervised and function within a high performing team
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role)
