About the role

The purpose of the Carer CRM position is to design, develop and schedule all end user related change activities to support the successful implementation of a CRM solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a change management plan based on a situational awareness of the change and the groups being impacted by the change. 
  • Provide expert advice on the design, development and implementation
  • Work with Project team to design, develop and deliver a comms plan including targeted message plans, communication preparation and delivery  
  • Lead the planning of the transition process from the current state towards the target operating model, extending to definition and implementation of new roles and organisational structure 
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress and adjust change plans and material accordingly
  • Apply and uphold the principles of a respectful, inclusive and diverse workplace, free from discrimination, harassment or bullying

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in assessing the requirements ensure adoption of a major change and planning activities accordingly.
  • Knowledge in developing and maintaining artefacts & materials necessary to support end-users through a change (eg. Quick Reference Guides, How-To video’s, etc)
  • Proven experience managing stakeholder engagement and communications, and associated change and transition activities.
  • Experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
