About the role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our Disability team based in Whyalla. This is a permanent full-time position and would suit someone who enjoys working in a small office environment.

You will play a pivotal support role to the Disability team and your role will directly contribute to the success of the program. You will provide administration support, processing invoices, reception duties and general office assistance to local management and Disability team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate solid experience in a similar position and Intermediate Excel skills including exceptional customer service.

Skills & Experience

  • High-level administrative skills and experience in providing support and assistance to local management. 
  • Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to use initiative in the workplace and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Office suite programs.
  • Current Drivers Licence.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
