About the Role

Join our Family Base Care team as an Administration Officer based in Hurstville on a full time, 6 month contract. In this role you will provide administration support and reception relief to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Family Base Care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the business unit and in particular the Manager
  • Undertake data entry, typing, filing, photocopying, binding and faxing of documents as required
  • Coordinate carer payment tasks
  • Liaise with state partners in fleet and people safety and culture.
  • Assist State HR in the collation, preparation and processing of timesheets, leave forms and employee documentation as required
  • Schedule appointments, meetings and teleconferences

Skills & Experience

  • High level administrative skills and experience in providing support and assistance to management
  • Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Office suite programs
