We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and emotionally resilient Therapeutic Support Manager to guide our Children and Young People.
Our team in Tamworth is growing! As the Therapeutic Support Manager, you will ensure the coordination of all service at the residential site and complete day to day case work, guaranteeing the needs of our Children and Young People are being met in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
The Therapeutic Support Manager will enable our Children and Young People to improve their quality of life, participation in the community ensuring service delivery is person centred and is based on a framework of strengths based intervention and support. This will be achieve by providing excellent support, supervision and management of the Residential Support Workers.
