We are seeking a passionate and committed Registered Nurse to provide innovative and flexible customer focused support.

We are providing innovative and flexible person centred support for people living with a disability in our community. Registered Nurses in our Woy Woy services assist customers to become more independent at home and in the community.

As a Registered Nurse in this team you will assist the customers with:

  • Developing key lifestyle skills
  • Empowerment and respecting their right to make informed decisions and choices in relation to their health and lifestyle.
  • Administration of medication
  • Achieving their goals through continuity of high quality care and support

  • Confidence and professionalism in your ability to provide customer focused support
  • Ability to be flexible within your work environment and to work as part of a team
  • An interest in supporting customers with high support needs; complex physical, aging and mental health needs
  • Strong professional boundaries and the ability to follow procedures
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • A current driver’s licence
  • Availability to work a 7 day roster which will be a combination of shifts including mornings, afternoons, active night shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • AHPRA Registration
  • Knowledge of the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
