We have some exciting opportunities available to join the Better Service Project Team. This is a unique role where you will empower teams through coaching, mentoring and facilitation support, as they transition from a traditional hierarchical structure, into successful and thriving self managed teams! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative approach to the way in which we work and the way in which we provide Better Service to our customers.
We currently have three opportunities across NSW (Sydney/Newcastle based) with more expected to follow as new teams join the roll out. You will need to be willing and able to travel if required. This is a full-time (38 hours per week, Monday-Friday) positions offered as a six month contract.
