What will I be doing?

The People We Support deserve the absolute best Case Managers who are invested in their journey to independence!

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? This is a challenging role and you'll need to be resilient but the reward for your hard work will come with the knowledge that you have improved the quality of life and the level of community participation for a Child or Young Person.

Our Case Managers are responsible for providing case management support to children, young people, their families and carers through a framework of strengths based case management and person-centred approaches.

What do I need to be successful?

If you're able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and in partnership with other services, and you have experience working with Children and Young People who have experienced complex trauma backgrounds we'd love to chat with you!

Essential Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Social Science, Behavioural Science or Psychology (in progress or willing to obtain)
  • Experience with Case Management in the Community/Social sector
  • Drivers license
  • Ability to work flexible hours
