It's a challenging role and you'll need to be resilient but the reward for your hard work will come with the knowledge that you have improved the quality of life and the level of community participation for a Child or Young Person.
Our Case Managers are responsible for providing case management support to children, young people, their families and carers through a framework of strengths based case management and person-centred approaches.
