We are seeking a passionate, energetic and caring Coordinator & Assessor who enjoy what they do - improving the lives of Children and Foster Care services.

Due to continued growth within our programs across Perth Metro, we are seeking a Coordinator & Assessor who has passion for helping people & who believe they are a perfect fit for our core values.

We are offering a Permanent Full-time opportunity which can be performed at both our Support Centre office in Ascot, and from home.

Make It Matter - What you will bring to make a difference in other's lives

  • Assess, train and support Foster Carers
  • Manage the delivery of services to a range of Young People
  • Leadership, supervision and support teams and other internal staff
  • Support learning opportunities and improve cultural awareness for Foster Carers
  • Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain proactive health, safety and wellness culture

To be considered for these upcoming opportunities, you will need the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social work, Social Sciences, Behavioural Science, or similar field is highly desired
  • Demonstrated experience managing and supporting Children and/or Young People in complex and challenging environments
  • Excellent knowledge of the Child Care and Protection Act and Out of Home Care Legislation Standards
  • Have passion for and have positive rapport with foster care families
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members and in partnership with other services
  • Strong reflective practices with the team and willingness to take on feedback
  • WA Drivers licence
  • Working With Children Check and National Criminal history check clearance
  • First Aid certificate or willing to obtain one
