Membership and Events Coordinator (12-Month Parental Leave Contract).

Are you passionate about lifestyle medicine and creating impactful events? Do you excel in fostering strong professional networks and delivering exceptional membership experiences? The Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM) is looking for a motivated Membership and Events Coordinator to support the growth of our vibrant member community and help bring our events to life.

As we celebrate 20 years of Lifestyle Medicine in Australia and 10 years of ASLM in 2025, this is a pivotal role in delivering key events and programs across Australasia. You’ll manage member engagement, plan exciting events, and support the growth of lifestyle medicine professionals.

What You'll Do:

• Lead membership growth and retention initiatives.
• Organise a lifestyle medicine roadshow across Australia and New Zealand.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
• Support the development of educational and networking programs.
• Provide insights on membership and event trends.

What You Bring:

• Strong event management and communication skills.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership building.
• Ability to analyse data to inform strategic decisions.
• Passion for promoting lifestyle medicine and supporting health professionals.
• Location: Flexible (Remote working)
• Hours: Up to 30 hours per week (negotiable)
• Contract: 12-month parental leave cover starting November 2024
