Lifestart is an Early Childhood Partner, delivering the National Disability Insurance Agency’s Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) approach across the greater Sydney region and including Nepean Blue Mountains, Illawarra Shoalhaven and Central Coast.
Lifestart has a proud history spanning over 25 years, providing quality specialised allied health therapies and support to children and young people living with disability or developmental delay and their families/carers. We are passionate about and committed to our vision, that all children and young people are able to participate inclusively and meaningfully in their community.
Our ECEI team work collaboratively to provide supports and strategies to children aged 0-6 years with disability, delay or additional needs and their families/carers. Focusing on helping children develop the skills they needs to take part in daily activities to reach their potential.
As an ECEI Program Support Worker you will be part of a team that supports our allied health and education professionals. Key elements of this role include supporting the day-to-day functions of ECEI activities and processes, including but not limited to:
In this role you may deliver individual and group-based programs, such as play groups, and assist with developing and building capacity of local mainstream and community services. It will be important to have well developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to liaise with families and other various stakeholders.

Lifestart has a COVID-19 vaccination policy that has identified this role as requiring a full COVID-19 vaccination. Medical exemptions with the NSW government contraindication form will be considered, subject to a satisfactory risk assessment.
Lifestart provides the ECEI approach across a wide service area including throughout Sydney, Nepean Blue Mountains, the Central Coast and Illawarra Shoalhaven regions.
It is expected that you can work flexibly across these regions including Work From Home, at one of our offices and within client home, early childhood, school and community environments.
