Lifestart is a not for profit organisation providing quality specialised supports to children and young people living with disability or developmental delay and their families/carers. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our existing team.
The Customer Service Officer is the first point of contact for people who require information about Lifestart’s services. In this pivotal role you will support our Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) team, engaging with families and other stakeholders by telephone and email to provide up to date advice and collect information to enable accurate data entry into relevant systems.
We are seeking an agile and flexible person with an excellent customer service record who is able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Key to this role will be your ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently to deliver a high quality, transparent and consistent customer service experience.
Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the ECEI Approach is highly desirable
This is a contracted position based at Sydney Olympic Park on a full-time basis to June 2022.
