About the role:

Lifestart is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team. This is a permanent full-time position supporting clients in the Western Sydney area, offices based in Baulkham Hills and St Marys.

This role will see you manage a varied caseload supporting children and young people living with disability and/ or developmental delay and their family/carers. In a strengths-based framework, you will deliver a range of assessments and flexible therapeutic interventions designed to achieve positive outcomes.

Our teams have access to the latest technology to work flexibly and support clients at our premises, online, in their homes, at school and in community settings.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Speech Pathologist with current SPA membership
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Highly organised, and able to work with technology in a changing environment
  • Understanding of inclusion, cultural sensitives and the needs of diverse communities
  • Valid Working with Children Check Clearance
  • Successful pre-employment police check
  • Hold a current Drivers Licence and access to a registered vehicle to perform the role
