About the Role

Lifestart has an exciting new opportunity for an Executive Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role you will provide high-level executive support to the General Manager Client Services and Leadership team including, but not limited to, coordinating projects, overseeing communications, timeframes and delegated tasks to support the strategic and operational activities of the Organisation.

You will be an agile and flexible person capable of prioritising projects and able to adapt to an evolving fast-paced work environment. Essential to this role will be your highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a high level of energy, enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people living with disability.

This position is based at Sydney Olympic Park on a full-time basis. Travel may be required.

Skills and Experience

  • A recognised qualification or experience in business or project management
  • Demonstrated experience in executive support of senior management, preferably in the community sector.
  • Good understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  • Able to multi task with the ability to prioritise
  • Excellent data management skills
  • High level written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administrative skills to support the preparation of ad hoc reports, CRM management, Excel spreadsheets and other MS Office tools as required

Applicants must hold a valid Working with Children clearance and successfully undertake pre-employment police check. You will also be required to hold a current Drivers Licence and have access to a registered vehicle.
