About the Role:

We have an exciting permeant, full time role as a Learning and Development (L&D) Facilitator here at Lifeline Australia.

The purpose of this role is to promote high quality, consistent service delivery across Lifeline national services, through the provision of support and direction to trainers, students and centre based staff. In this role, you will work collaboratively with other internal and external subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop, design and deliver effective and engaging training materials.

In addition, you will engage in audit and quality assurance activity to ensure training materials are current and fit for purpose, and that trainers located regionally in Lifeline centres are supported to deliver training in alignment with the expectations of Lifeline Australia.

Role responsibilities:

  • Awareness of Mental Health issues
  • Experience in the delivery of learning programs to adult learners within virtual and face to face learning
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in providing support to centres
  • Strong time-management and project support skills including the ability to be flexible in priorities and tasks, multi-tasks and work pressure in a high-volume work environment
  • Demonstrated experience in program planning
  • Engage in and foster a supportive and collaborative working environment that harnesses open communication and innovative problem solving

Must haves:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
  • Certificate IV or higher in a social services field
  • Demonstrated experience in program planning and project management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and compliance, including knowledge of VET regulations

Nice to haves:
