Due to Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury’s growing retail team we have an exciting new opportunity as shop manager in our Gladesville shop.

LLH2H is looking for an experienced retail professional to fill the role of shop manager. This role is based on a 38-hour week.

This role will allow you to use your skills in retail to assist Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury to raise funds to support the delivery of mental health & suicide prevention services, and to support a passionate team of a paid and volunteer workforce.

To be successful in this position you will have

  • Significant experience in retail management with responsibilities including merchandising, staffing, meeting budgets and customer service.
  • Ability to develop a team to effectively meet organisational goals.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills including conflict management.
  • An understanding of training and working with volunteers
  • To maximise shop income by selecting and pricing appropriate stock
  • Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety obligations
