You possess:

  • Qualifications and/or experience in Accounting (CA/CPA desirable)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  • Advanced skills in Xero, Excel and CRM
  • Excellent ICT skills (Office 365, Cloud / SAS, telephony)
  • A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with clients, service providers and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, unerring attention to detail.

This is a key hands on role.

  • You will prepare monthly financial and scorecard reports along with profitability and product reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance including BAS, Super and NDIS quality standards.
  • Supervise payroll and maintain Human Resources records and administration.
  • You will be responsible for managing, evaluating and implementing systems (cloud) and technology (Office 365, SharePoint etc).
  • You will lead our NDIS Plan Management and Admin team.
  • Reporting, forecasting and analysing cashflow, Key Operational Indicators and developing budgets.
  • Working with the CEO you will assess new business and market expansion opportunities.
  • Designing new processes, and documenting policy and procedure (NDIS Accreditation).
  • You will research and develop and share knowledge of NDIS systems, processes and operational guidelines to guide and coach the Operations team.
