We are seeking an experienced Individual Giving Manager who can hit the ground running during this 12-month parental leave contract. This role will suit someone with proven experience in leading a multi-channel single and regular giving acquisition program. 
 
Reporting into the Head of Individual & Community Fundraising, you will be instrumental in driving growth and momentum for the Leukaemia Foundation's newly re-established acquisition program.
 
We are open to candidates located in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.

What we will trust you with

  • Managing a multi-channel acquisition program and undertaking continued analysis to optimise and grow program.
  • Development and implementation of the retention strategy for the regular giving program.
  • Building and leading a high performing acquisition program.

Does this sound like you?

  • 5 years leadership experience in a similar role or related field in lead generation, conversion and retention.
  • Proven experience in product management and growing a revenue stream.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding in data analysis and segmentation to derive insights with the ability to interpret results and make recommendations for progressive program improvement.
  • Proven experience in working with external providers e.g. to drive performance and outcomes.
  • Confidence in working with cross-functional internal business partners to achieve program objective.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget development and management. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver strong customer proposition and messaging
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
