We are looking for experienced and reliable Support Workers in the Geelong area to be part of a team working with young adults who have complex support needs related to behaviour, health and development, who live independently in the community.

As an Inclusion Support Worker - Independent Living Solutions, you will provide tailored support to people enabling them to live in their community independently. The support is delivered 7 days a week (active night or inactive sleepover model), based on the needs and interests of the individual and or their housemates.
Leisure Networks Independent Living Solutions are designed to enable people with a disability to become more independent, live independently in their own home or rental property, building capacity and having the opportunity to be an active and engaged member of their community.
