Sales Specialist - Programs

This is a part-time (.6) role as part of the Business Development and Marketing team. You will engage across business, government and social sectors to promote and secure sales of enrolments into LV’s innovative leadership programs, as well as raising the profile of LV’s vision and impact. You will lead on developing and delivering valuable ongoing customer relationships, and provide relevant customer/market information to support planning and decision making with the rest of the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support LV’s financial and growth targets through increasing and maintaining program enrolments
  • Lead on developing and delivering an annual plan to recruit target participants for LV programs, including our flagship Williamson Leadership Program, and contribute to the recruitment process
  • Identify new opportunities, markets and customers in collaboration with the rest of the LV team
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with new and existing LV clients, partners, alumni and others to grow participation in our leadership programs and activities
  • Provide excellent customer service and advice to all new and repeat customers, including responding to enquiries and guiding customers through the buying journey
  • Gather, analyse and communicate sales and market data and client feedback to support strategic planning, including reporting on customer interactions using our CRM
  • Contribute to relevant strategic projects across LV in collaboration with the rest of the team as they arise.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and skills.
