This is a part-time (nine-day fortnight) role as part of the Business Development and Marketing team. With the support of the Business Development and Marketing Manager, you will engage across platforms and audiences to promote and market LV’s innovative leadership programs and raise the profile of LV’s vision and impact. You will lead on delivering, reviewing and updating a communications and marketing strategy and budget, producing engaging content across platforms and tracking analytics, and managing marketing-related projects. You will also take a key role in planning and organising a small number of events in coordination with other team members.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead on implementing, reviewing and updating a marketing and communications strategy, annual plan and budget to support program enrolments, business development, corporate partnerships, donations and LV events with a strong emphasis on engaging new audiences
  • Strengthen LV’s digital presence by developing engaging and inspiring content and marketing tools across our social media platforms, email marketing platform and website
  • Produce high quality and engaging marketing copy and collateral, leveraging support from external suppliers as required
  • In collaboration with the LV team and the LV community, identify and produce case studies and content showcasing LV’s “story” and demonstrating our impact
  • Develop, report on and respond to metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of communication and marketing activities, and key opportunities to strengthen outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for LV to partner with/leverage external partners and stakeholders to amplify LV’s voice
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and to relevant strategic projects across LV as they arise
