We are looking for a passionate Community Engagement Worker who is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.

As a Youth Community Engagement Worker you will work with the headspace team to create a safe and welcoming environment for young people accessing the service. You will have the opportunity to utilise your advocacy skills to ensure the views of young people and their families are embedded in the development and delivery of headspace Morwell activities.

To be successful in this role you will require the following;

  • Relevant qualifications in either Community Development, Youth Work, Social/Behavioural Science, Social Work/Social Planning or other relevant field and/or minimum Diploma level in relevant Youth qualification with demonstrated substantial and extensive experience in the youth sector.
  • Current Victorian drivers licence.
  • A Working with Children Check will be required for this role (must be obtained prior to commencement).
