The position Team Leader Nursing - Education and Development is responsible in providing clinical leadership and support to our diverse and integrated team of community and palliative care nurses.

Enjoy a leadership opportunity in a leading community health organisation in Gippsland within your community nursing discipline and a role to lead and support the team in providing holistic patient care.

To be successful, you will require;

  • Tertiary qualification in Bachelor of Nursing
  • Demonstrated experience in Nursing preferably community nursing
  • Demonstrated experience in nursing leadership role
  • A current employee WWCC, AHPRA registration
  • Immunisation history and proof of COVID-19 vaccination will have to be provided prior to employment.
