Latrobe Community Health Service has received funding to support people with a disability to access NDIS services. This position/s will be dedicated to ensuring consumers have the appropriate assessments and report information prior to testing their eligibility with the NDIS. The applicant/s will need to have experience in undertaking Speech Pathology and/ or Occupational Therapy assessments and reports on people in age ranging from birth through to 65.
We are looking for passionate clinicians that want to contribute to making life better for people with a disability by providing them with the documented evidence required to allow them to assess their eligibility for the NDIS.
