We are seeking enthusiastic customer focused people to join our dynamic and progressive team. The service coordinator role involves;

  • Taking calls and responding to emails in a busy team to organise services for consumers on Home Care Package
  • Accurate data entry
  • Efficient and courteous customer service

The Service Coordinator is a key role in facilitating the input of services for our aged consumers in receipt of a Home Care Package and other aged care supports.

To be successful, you will require:

  • High level customer service skills in a busy environment
  • Competency in the use of electronic databases
  • A current Victorian driver licence will be required.
