We are seeking enthusiastic customer focused people to join our dynamic and progressive team. The service coordinator role involves;

  • Taking calls and responding to emails in a busy team to organise services for consumers on a Home Care Package
  • Accurate data entry
  • Efficient and courteous customer service

The Service Coordinator has a key role in arranging services for our aged consumers in receipt of a Home Care Package.

To be successful, you will require

  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Competency in the use of electronic databases.
  • A current valid Victorian driver licence.
