We are looking for a self-motivated Senior Executive Assistant with experience providing support at executive management level.

This is not just an administrative position; alongside the CEO, Board and Executive Suite, you'll be working in the centre of decision making at Latrobe Community Health Service. You will work across the full breadth of the organisation, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.

There are several key qualities we need:

  • Highly organised
  • The ability to influence, lead and persuade people
  • Someone who thinks critically, can solve problems and makes consistently good decisions

To be successful, you will have;

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant at executive management level
  • The ability to problem solve, use initiative and provide high attention to detail
  • Highly effective verbal and communication skills
