We are seeking self-motivated, compassionate sales professionals with exceptional relationship building skills to advance our market share and strengthen our position within the Home Care sector in Victoria and beyond.

This role will successfully build relationships with referrers such as community organisations and healthcare professionals, and potential clients and their family and friends.

This hands-on role will plan and deliver promotional events and develop marketing strategies. Our ideal candidate will be warm, engaging and bring a background in sales.

It also plays a unique role in support for the aged in the community, through the uptake of Home Care Packages, by initiating contact with prospective clients, responding to prospective client contact and promoting LCHS as a provider of choice.

To be successful, you will require the following;

  • High level customer service skills
  • Competency in the use of electronic databases
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
