You’ll be joining an organisation that provides an incredibly wide variety of health and community programs and services, across a range of regional and metropolitan areas in Victoria.

In this role you will be leading a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, which will include allied health, community nursing and chronic disease management services. You will be supported by an experienced team of administration support and team leads. You will work alongside our staff and community to design, develop, implement and evaluate a full range of primary health services.

To be successful, you will require:

  • A university level qualification in either business, health science, nursing or relevant health background
  • Previous health management experience or equivalent
  • A innovative outlook to service delivery and management of a team
