The Barwon Local Area Coordination (LAC) Service is currently seeking a Local Area Coordinator who is energetic, capable and flexible to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Team Leader NDIS LAC Service – Barwon.
Your role will include a wide variety of responsibilities and continual challenges to resolve. Your capabilities will be pushed and developed, providing stimulation, professional learning and personal growth.
You’ll work with people who are positive and optimistic in the attitudes and behaviours they bring to work. This creates a safe and uplifting environment that will constantly motivate you - and those around you - to bring their best to work.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the largest social reform in Australia since the introduction of Medicare - and we need you to help make it happen.
LCHS is working in partnership with the National Disability Insurance Agency to deliver the NDIS across the Barwon Region.
We are hiring people who want to make a difference and connect people living with disability to the NDIS and build trust with the community.
You will be required to undertake the NDIS Worker Screening Check if you are successful for employment with Latrobe Community Health Service.
