Do you have a record of achievement in industrial/employee relations? Do you enjoy the challenge of seeking out information and getting to the bottom of IR/ER issues? Can you take responsibility for end to end investigations? This could be the role for you.
We are seeking an experienced HR all-rounder with a passion for Industrial and Employee Relations who likes to be kept busy working in a supportive team environment.
In this role you will be responsible in providing correct and timely advice on a wide range of human resource issues. The ability to build rapport and positive workplace relationships with internal and external stakeholders is a must.
