Do you have a record of achievement in industrial/employee relations? Do you enjoy the challenge of seeking out information and getting to the bottom of IR/ER issues? Can you take responsibility for end to end investigations? This could be the role for you.

We are seeking experienced HR all-rounder’s for a permanent role with a passion for Industrial and Employee Relations who likes to be kept busy working in a great team, helping out in general HR when needed.

In this role you will be responsible in providing accurate and timely advice on a wide range of human resource issues. The ability to build rapport and positive workplace relationships with internal and external stakeholders is a must.

To be successful, you will require:

  • Degree qualification in HR/IR/ER or similar
  • Previous experience in industrial or employee relations
  • A current drivers licence
