We are looking for an experienced ICT support professional who is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.

As a Level 3 Support Officer, you will coordinate support services across designated areas including metropolitan and some regional areas. You will work with a highly skilled team to provide ICT level support across a range of technologies, performed both on site and over the phone.

To be successful in this position you will require;

  • A demonstrated high level of technical skills as outlined within the key objectives, duties and responsibilities
  • Service oriented with an ability to work in a team environment
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise work to ensure key objectives are achieved
  • Experience working with a service desk solution.
