The Hepatitis C Clinical Nurse Consultant reports to the Manager Behavioural Health Programs and provides service coordination and case management to clients undergoing Hepatitis C treatment through the health system, ensuring treatment is delivered effectively and safely in the community.

The role includes developing networks with primary health services in the Gippsland region, providing support and mentoring to treat people with chronic Hepatitis C.

To be successful, you will require;

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Current Victorian drivers licence
  • Previous experience working in drug and alcohol settings and/or managing clients with Hepatitis B or C is desirable but not mandatory
  • A current Working with Children Check
