We are looking for a passionate professional who is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.

As a Dementia Access and Support Worker, you will report to the manager and work with the Dementia Access and Support team, to assist and engage people with dementia including younger people with dementia to access the support they need.

To be successful, you will require;

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant health field, with proven diverse and extensive experience in the community care sector
  • Current valid Victorian driver licence
  • An employee Working with Children Check will be required to be supplied and or obtained prior to commencement.
