As the Client and Family Experience Officer you will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of our new Client and Family Advisory Council (CFAC). You will work collaboratively with clients and staff to assess the clients’ experiences and create change at all levels of the organisation.

The main objective of the role is to establish and manage the CFAC and support a culture of service excellence, client experience and co-design across the organisation. You will have the responsibility for bringing our clients voice to all we do and continually improving the overall experience of clients and families.

To be successful, you will require;

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent in community development, business, health administration and / or innovation.
  • Two to three years’ experience in a client focused / engagement role.
  • A current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
  • Undergo a satisfactory criminal record check from the Australian Federal Police or country of residence.
