We are looking for a passionate AOD clinician who is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.

As an AOD Youth Outreach Worker you will provide evidenced based interventions on an outreach basis to young people presenting with problematic substance use issues. You will assist young people with identifying their recovery needs through assessment and treatment planning and provide flexible support to them navigating internal and external supports.

To be successful, you require:

• Minimum Certificate IV in drug and alcohol.
• Current Victorian driver licence.
• A Working with Children Check will be required for this role (must be obtained prior to commencement).
• Latrobe Community Health Service complies with infectious disease control and immunisation requirements under legislation. This position is classified as a Health Care Worker B. Evidence of immunisation history must be provided prior to confirmed appointment.
