LCC Foster Care Services is a high performing team of professionals supporting foster families to provide exceptional home-based care placements for children.
Our service is experiencing significant growth and we are looking for the right person to work collaboratively with the team to explore the real and emerging potential for person-centred services across the regions.
This newly created position is an additional Operations Manager position, providing leadership to the Southern Services team whilst working closely with other sections of the Foster Care team located across metro Adelaide.
You will bring with you your enthusiasm, experience leading teams; particularly foster care teams, experience working with the Department of Child Protection and willingness to think strategically with the support of your LCC team.
You will require a Working With Children Check and while the position is office based, travel between LCC site’s to support staff or for intra and interagency meetings will be required. You must hold a current and unrestricted South Australian Drivers Licence and possess a registered roadworthy vehicle available for work use (employees reimbursed for work travel).
