The Daily Support Team is designed to work with people who are entrenched in homelessness, who have complex needs, and who have received support from multiple services in the past, but for whom a lasting housing outcome has not been achieved.

The program is delivered in collaboration with City of Melbourne, particularly the Social Investment and On Street Compliance branches. The DST is accountable to Council on a daily basis, and works to achieve a coordinated response to rough sleeping within the City of Melbourne.
