This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced learning and development specialist to take on a position with Legal Aid Queensland’s Culture and Capability Team. The team is responsible for performance and coaching, learning and development, diversity and inclusion as well as supporting wellbeing initiatives in the organisation.

As one of two senior consultants in learning and development, you will have a shared responsibility for developing and delivering systems induction training and eLearning material for all Legal Aid Queensland employees across Queensland. This role will also be supporting the development of LAQ’s cultural capability through the development of a cultural capability framework to support LAQ’s First Nations Strategic Plan.

Salary: AO5 - $90,399 to $98,046 a year full time hours — plus leave, up to 12.75% superannuation & salary packaging benefits

Status: Position is temporary full time until 8 February 2023, with possible extension.
