You will be a self-proclaimed expert in NDIS Support Coordination and the NDIS system itself. You will think outside the square for your clients. You will do it all with a smile and a positive attitude. A natural leader and team player. This role is highly autonomous which will work well for an ambitious self-starter like you.
You will think outside the square for your company and our clients to ensure best service outcomes. You will also do so with a strong business mind.
You will have a good reputation in the disability services industry and have existing relationships with some key industry groups and organisations.
You will also be knowledgeable about the NDIS Corporate Plan for 2020-2024, the introductions of Independent Assessments and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches and be key in all transitions our clients and company need to make over the coming 3 years.
This role is based in Melbourne and a foundation role for the company that will directly manage the service delivery standard and success of Kukoons core business and then grow your team to follow your lead.
The role will utilise its relationships with other NDIS registered services and organisations to promote Kukoon and increase of client base nationally.
Using a client centred approach, you will plan, develop and coordinate services for NDIS customers by managing staff to:

You will require the ability to independently prioritise your workload and possess advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products and web-based applications.
