Kua Coffee

About Kua

Kua is a fast-growing social enterprise (and charity) that does World Positive Coffee for workplaces like Canva, WWF, Aesop and Swiss RE. Relative to a normal coffee company, we do four things a little differently:

  • Ethically sourced coffee
  • All coffee grounds recycled
  • 100% profits fund climate resilience
  • Carbon positive, 200% offset

You’ll notice this listing signs off with ‘Happy Days’. This simple phrase reminds us of a world and culture we'd like to be a part of. We're working towards happy days for our stakeholders and those experiencing the mounting injustices of climate change. Our values are radical transparency, we are housemates and celebrate big ideas.

  1. Weekly deliveries to thirty customers from Alexandria to North Sydney

  3. Continuous improvement and automation of operational systems
  4. Soliciting and sharing client feedback of Kua’s user experience
  5. Championing sustainability, social impact and quality coffee

This role is flexible and will start at one - two days per week at $29/hr.
