KU Children's Services (KU) is a leading not for profit provider of nearly 130 early childhood education and care services in NSW, VIC, the ACT and QLD. Established in 1895, KU is one of Australia’s most experienced and respected providers of long day care, preschool, outside school hours care, family programs and early intervention services. KU also operates brokered programs on behalf of the Commonwealth Government and provides professional services to the early childhood sector and the wider community.
Our KU services and programs enjoy the support of a shared services team based out of our central office in Sydney’s CBD, with a preferred start date of 15 August 2022.
Our Early Childhood Education team is seeking a dedicated and organised Administration Assistant to work 3 days each week, 8 hours per day with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the General Manager Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Education teams and the main responsibilities of this role are:
The preferred candidate would have sound administrative knowledge and experience. We also want you to be positive and motivated by early childhood education and as committed to achieving positive outcomes as we are.
