KWY is a not-for-profit Aboriginal organisation delivering a range of specialist services across South Australia. Our Mission is to improve the safety of women and children.

We are seeking two passionate and experienced Practitioners and one Clinical lead to deliver dedicated therapeutic and cultural services to Aboriginal families in Western Adelaide.

You have the opportunity to be part of a new team in KWY. As this is a new team, we have multiple roles available.

The successful applicant will possess skills, experience and knowledge in working with Aboriginal people to address child protection concerns. The KWY Family Practitioner will be part of a team delivering therapeutic and trauma informed case management.

The KWY Family Practitioner will also have strong communication skills to ensure the day to day liaison with clients and relevant government and non-government stakeholders, pertinent to the delivery of outcomes.

The successful candidate will be a reliable, proactive and experienced professional with demonstrated abilities in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families experiencing child protection concerns and domestic and family violence.
