Kids Thrive Office Administrator is responsible for coordinating and fulfilling the organisation’s virtual office needs, administration, and IT and administrative systems. The Office Administrator will have responsibility for supporting the General Manager to ensure the efficient day to day operation of the organisation and its resources.

The Office Administrator will be supporting a remote team, be a great written and verbal communicator with a positive attitude.

The Office Administrator will report to the General Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the staff requests for support and will assist with prioritising the workload. The Office Administrator will work closely with the Creative Directors, Programs Manager/Coordinator, Marketing & Media Manager and Finance Manager to facilitate the ongoing management of Kids Thrive.
