Your new role

The Integrated practice Leader role will build the capability of The Orange Door network workforce to deliver integrated functions and services responding to family violence, child and family vulnerability and functioning, and perpetrator interventions, in line with the Orange Door Service Model and Integrated Practice Framework. This will include:

• Inspiring quality integrated practice across The Orange Door staff.
• Providing specialist and advanced integrated practice leadership and support to the Orange Door network.
• Building capability of practitioners to deliver integrated functions and services responding to family violence, perpetrator interventions and child and family development.

About you

• You will be a high performing clinical leader, with experience in leading and overseeing complex operational environments.
• You are passionate about service reform and developing new ways of working.
• You are a strategic thinker, with strong stakeholder relationships and a partnership approach.
