ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate and talented new Manager to lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers and ensure our organisation maintains its standard of excellence and innovation.

Reporting to a Board of Management, this is a key leadership role that supports our vision to “be the leading provider in Melbourne of adult education, personal development, community building and childcare programs. We remove barriers and empower people.”

The Manager is responsible for the realisation of Kensington Neighbourhood House’s organisational goals, as well as overall operational management. The role requires proven leadership skills, strong business and financial management abilities and a passion for community development.

ABOUT YOU

You are motivated by working collaboratively and have exceptional business management skills. Your ability to connect and relate to people, coupled with your experience in grant and funding submissions will put you in good stead.
