Kimberley Community Legal Services is one of Australia's leading remote civil law practices, dedicated to ensuring access to justice for all communities across the magnificent Kimberley Region. KCLS is a reflective, community- and client-oriented practice, working closely with predominantly Aboriginal client communities. We serve our clients from offices in Kununurra and Broome, with regular outreach to all major towns across the region, and periodic visits to many other communities on country.

We operate a holistic, client-centred reflective practice, blending legal and social work methodologies to provide the best help we possibly can to those who need it.

We are currently seeking a Client Service Officer (CSO) to join our Broome team. As CSO, you will greet clients visiting our office, answer our main office phone, assist with intake and client file management, and provide general organisational and administrative support to our operations.

This is a full-time, permanent position, based at KCLS' office in Broome. Our team includes seven diverse and dynamic staff, providing a range of legal and support services to Broome and via outreach across the West Kimberley region.
